Sue grew up in the Midwest with an abundance of love, in a wonderful family with strong Christian values. For over 40 years she has been privileged to study with world renowned teachers in Eastern and Western medical and spiritual traditions, Essential Oils, Nutrition, and Music as well as Yoga and Meditation.
With a strong background in Western Medicine specifically psychiatric nursing, Sue has come to value the complimentary body-mind approach to health and well-being.
It is Sue’s desire to share with others the healing benefits, the deep calming stillness, and the radiant joy in living, that has arisen from her journey into the world of interpersonal body-mind health and spirituality.
Teaching yoga and meditation, providing Reiki sessions, and utilizing essential oil therapy allows her to give back to her community in a way that is both holistic and complimentary to traditional western medicine. Sue values the trust her clients place in her as she has guided them on their personal journeys. It has been deeply rewarding for her to assist her clients as they make significant progress in living healthier and happier lives.
